US Bank has had lot loans for the past year but there was a 3 year call on the 30 yr. note. Now they go for 30 years!! The fixed rate today is in the high 4% range and stays fixed for 3 years and then turns to an adjustable rate. With land at "give away" prices in some cases, it might be a good time to invest in some land! Call me, I can send you listings of lots under $100,000!
