The market is staying active in our area. Normally this is our "quiet" time of year since we are more seasonal with Second or Vacation Homes being a bulk of our market. There were 16 homes that went into escrow in January!! That makes 3 straight months of good new sales! We are hopeful that we are seeing the end to the real estate doldrums!
