There was a upturn in buyer activity during January. Despite many days of pouring rain, there were 11 new escrows and 9 closed sales. For the first time in quite awhile, new escrows were greater than the number of new listings. All very good signs that we may have seen the bottom of the market!! Great time to buy with prices down and interest rates at historic lows.
