We are seeing an increase in buyer traffic these days and for the 4th straight month, above average number of properties going into escrow. These days, it seems that an REO property goes into escrow within a week or so, unless the condition so SO BAD it's too much for most buyers to tackle. We are more and more hopeful that we have seen the "bottom". Banks seem to be easing up a bit so all signs are good!
