It seems to be "business as usual" here on the coast with the 5th straight month of a good number of new escrows!! This month there were 11 and with only 11 new listings and 13 closed sales we are not seeing the inventory growing which is a good sign! It seems we are not seeing as many bank owned properties these days and those that do come on the market are usually sold within a week! Meanwhile the economic picture seems to be improving so all GOOD NEWS!
