Real estate activity in the area stayed on a high note for October. Again new listings were way down (7) and new escrows were up (15). This is a good trend because the "absorption rate" is now dropping. We are hoping this will continue right into next year and with interest rates so low that could happen. We have sure been busy in our office these past few months!
